The opportunity

As identity management consultant, you will provide technical support to our Managed Service customers, solve customer requests, answer questions, and provide proactive services. Within ID North we offer good development opportunities.

Your Assignment

• Respond to and resolve customer Incidents and service requests
• Ensure all assigned service tickets are updated and that the customer is kept informed of resolution progress
• Actively identify service improvements and engage with the customer and other stakeholders to ensure continuous improvements plans are updated and progressed
• Diagnose and resolve customer queries – providing advice, and timely resolution or escalating when required

About you

• Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft Identity Manager
• Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server, Active directory, and Azure Active Directory
• Basic C# knowledge
• Experience writing and updating technical documentation
• Finnish language skills (basic)
